1. Orders
All orders placed on ARTODOO are subject to acceptance. We confirm every order via WhatsApp before preparing and shipping.
2. Payment
All purchases are paid cash on delivery in Morocco. No online payment is required.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver throughout Morocco. Delivery times depend on your city and product type, especially for custom items which are made to order.
4. Returns
Custom and personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
All product images, designs and content are the property of ARTODOO and may not be reproduced without permission.
